I have 28 years of experience including over 20 years in middle and senior leadership. As an Executive Head teacher in the Alternative Provision sector and in an SEMH Special School I am an experienced Mentor and Leader. I have developed many high performing teams and I have had the opportunity to lead some fantastic schools.
