Sarah Blunsden – Associate Trainer
Sarah has over 20 years experience working with vulnerable children and young adults. She is a passionate, industrious and creative educational leader who is determined to make a difference in the lives of young people.
For the past 10 years she has worked closely with Mandy Wilton, developing and embedding behaviour systems to enable staff to work empathetically, effectively and with a trauma informed mindset. She has focused on enabling students to identify when they are becoming dysregulated and to put in place strategies to avoid or lessen the impact of those behaviours.
Sarah’s skills in these areas are further enhanced by her 15 years as a Team Teach instructor and a Tutor for Therapeutic Thinking.
She is a clear and effective communicator who values a solution focused approach to enable people to move forwards their goals in life. Her own self motivation to achieve goals is evident in her proven track record in leading and driving change to ensure continued success.
Kath Curry – Associate Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of EduLead
Kath is a passionate leader and developer of people. Her 18 year career in senior leadership with British Airways was firmly focused on developing a talent pipeline from education to business. She developed award winning programmes for services to education and worked with thousands of students, teachers and leaders to inspire young people to invest in their learning and future career.
In 2014, after a life changing burn out experience, Kath was inspired to prevent this from happening to others. Having seen the stress levels in education, she focused her energy on supporting a sector that she was not only familiar with but she knew was struggling. She retrained as a transformational life coach, NLP practitioner and neuroscience coach, and founded EduLead, with a clear vision “to see all schools led by thriving leaders”.
Over the past 6 years, Kath has worked with hundreds of senior educational leaders. She aims to equip every leader with the mindset and behaviours to lead confidently and competently.

Victoria Cooke – Senior Administrator
Victoria has been working for MW Education since the summer of 2023. Victoria’s background was originally in the Theatre and TV before retraining as an HR Professional. She was Head of HR for an international Advertising Agency in London for 11 years prior to relocating to the Midlands where she now works on specific HR projects and provides admin support from home on a part time basis for various companies.
